This is a full strength formula in a generous size - 5 ounces of pure magnesium mineral oil in an amber colored glass bottle. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend you diluting this product with distilled water. Simply pour out half of this product into a glass jar to store for later use. Your glass spray bottle should contain 1/2 the amount. Fill the remaining empty space in the glass bottle with distilled water to dilute the strength.
Shake well. Spray desired amount to soles of feet, calves, neck, shoulders, back etc.
Unscented, natural smell. You can scent this product at home by adding a few drops of essential oil and olive oil.
