About the event
Stress relief meditation is a gentle, intentional practice designed to calm the mind, release tension, and reconnect you to your inner sense of balance and peace. Through focused breathing, guided visualization, and mindful awareness, this meditation helps you step out of the constant “doing” mode and into a space of rest, clarity, and energetic renewal.
During this practice, you’ll be guided to:
Breathe deeply and intentionally – slowing down the nervous system and encouraging relaxation
Release mental clutter – noticing thoughts without judgment and letting them drift away
Relax the body – tuning into areas of tension and gently releasing them
Reconnect with inner calm – creating a safe space for grounding, clarity, and emotional balance
