About the event
Join us for a Sound Bath held under the New Moon—a natural time to slow down, reset, and begin again.
With Earth Day just around the corner, this session will gently honor Mother Gaia and our connection to the Earth. Through sound and stillness, we’ll create space to settle the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with what feels steady and real.
This is a quieter, more grounded experience—designed to help you step out of the noise and back into yourself.
Class is $25. Cash is appreciated. Please bring a pillow, mat and blanket for comfort. We have extra mats if needed :)
