Through slow, grounding movement, intentional stillness, and guided meditation, we create space to reconnect with your foundation—safety, trust, and inner support.
Expect a calming, healing practice designed to soothe the nervous system, restore balance, and support a sense of stability and ease—helping you truly come home to yourself. Class is $15 Cash appreciated. We have extra mats if needed.
