Under the glowing fire of the Leo Full Moon, we gather to reconnect with our inner light, release what dims our radiance, and call back our joy. This is a moon of boldness, passion, and unapologetic truth — inviting us to be seen, heard, and held in the fullness of who we are.
Sabura will guide us through an intuitive blend of movement and stillness — gently opening the body, softening the mind, and allowing the wisdom of the heart to rise. Whether you're moving, breathing, or simply receiving, you'll be held in a space of warmth, presence, and sacred support.
Cost of Class: $20 Cash is appreciated
What to bring: A yoga mat, cozy pillow and blanket to make your experience even more comfortable. We do have extra mats and meditation cushions available.
