Full Moon "Strawberry Moon" Celebration in Capricorn

"Following the Summer Solstice, the Full Moon in Capricorn is the height of the Zodiac and how it relates to our goals, our aspirations, what we strive for, and the heights we reach in life.   It is important that we release any suppressed emotions before we are able to move forward!

This full moon gives us the opportunity to release what needs releasing, the ability to re-evaluate, manifest and make changes in areas that have not panned out as hoped.

We will do some breath work, release suppressed emotions so we can set pure intentions and then go into a heart centered meditation
