Our Anti-Anxiety Meditation Class is designed to help calm the nervous system, quiet racing thoughts, and create a sense of inner peace.


During this guided meditation, participants relax on yoga mats while being gently led through breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and mindfulness practices.


The space is set with soft lighting, candles, and calming energy to help you fully relax and release tension. This class focuses on slowing the mind, easing anxiety, and helping your body return to a natural state of balance.
